IZZY'S RESTAURANT 
Join Chef Israel and his culinary team for a beautiful evening overlooking the Dunes Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean while enjoying one of his daily creations. Izzy's international menu includes Sonora Beef from Rancho 17, produce directly from Diamante's Organic Garden, and sustainable seafood from the Baja waters. Hours of operation are 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm.

THE SPORTS BAR 
With ten televisions and a full line of premium wines and spirits, the Sports Bar is the perfect place to tally up your scorecard or watch a game in a casual and lively atmosphere. Along with the Chef's daily specials, enjoy a great menu of sandwiches, soups, salads, pizzas, and other specialty dishes all week long. In addition, come join us on Friday evenings for our Italian Buffet or on Sundays for our coveted Sunday Afternoon BBQ. Hours of operation are from 7:00 am to midnight.

ORGANIC GARDEN 
In 2013, Chef Israel and our Director of Grounds, Bill Ousterhaut designed and planted a small herb garden just outside of Izzy's Restaurant on the Sunset Terrace to grow hard-to-find herbs here in the Baja Peninsula. Every morning Chef walked the garden to see what is available to harvest to be implemented in his daily menus. With the quick success of that herb garden, Chef Izzy and Bill O. quickly decided to clear a larger four-acre plot and plant a more robust list of herbs, fruits, and vegetables that now support the entire property. Currently, you will find basil, sage, oregano, thyme, chives, mint, lemongrass, rosemary, and plenty of assorted Lettuce Leaves.
